A native of Grenada – an island in the Caribbean, is currently a Financial Analyst in the Health Care Industry, and in his spare time; he is also a Global Investor and Business Consultant. Frame has worked in a number of different industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, and Health Care; where he has held many positions with various companies: from Data Entry Clerk to Accountant Assistant at the Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada Ltd. At the North Texas Rehab Center in Wichita Falls, Texas, he was the Data Manager/ Business Analyst and later IT Consultant.

Frame holds an Associate Degree in Social Sciences from T.A. Marryshow Community College, Grenada. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with triple majors in Accounting, Finance, and Business Computer Information System and a minor in History from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas as an Organization of American States Fellow. In 2008, Frame received his dual master degrees, Master of Finance and Master of Science in Management with an Information Technology focus, from Texas A & M University – Commerce.

Frame is a Candidate Member of the Texas Society of CPAs, and a Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
